By making a booking at Casa JR Santa Luzia, the guest accepts the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings and payment: The booking is confirmed once full payment has been made at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations: Cancellation terms are set out in our Cancellation Policy.

3. Check-in and check-out: Check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM. Times outside this window are subject to prior confirmation and may carry an additional cost.

4. Maximum occupancy: The house has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Additional people not included in the booking may not stay without prior authorisation.

5. House rules: The guest agrees to follow the House Rules, including quiet hours, the pet policy, and the no-smoking policy indoors.

6. Liability and damage: The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property during the stay. The host is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings.

7. Governing law: These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Tavira district court, without prejudice to recourse to alternative consumer dispute resolution mechanisms.
