Check-in & Check-out • Check-in takes place between 3:00 PM and midnight. • If you arrive early, we can store your belongings until check-in time, but we're not liable for any loss. • Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. • Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may carry an additional cost. • On arrival, guests may be asked to show valid photo ID, as required under current legislation. 2. Quiet Hours ● Noise Law: Under Portuguese law, the mandatory quiet period runs from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ● Respect for Neighbours: Parties, events, or excessive noise that disturbs the neighbours' rest are strictly forbidden. 3. Garbage & Recycling ● The property is handed over clean and tidy. ● Guests should keep the space in a reasonably clean condition. ● Rubbish should go in the appropriate bins. ● Leaving rubbish or items in outdoor or common areas is not allowed. ● Waste Separation: Please sort household waste correctly using the bins provided in the house (Plastic/Metal, Paper/Cardboard, Glass, and Organic Waste). ● Taking It Out: Rubbish should not pile up inside or at the front door. It should be taken to the public bins/recycling points on the street. 4. Using the House and Its Equipment ● Maximum Occupancy: Occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests registered on the booking; extra people may not stay without prior authorisation. ● Mindful Use: Rearranging the furniture without permission is not allowed; any damage during the stay must be reported immediately, and the guest is responsible for damage caused by themselves or anyone in their party. ● Please turn off the lights and air conditioning whenever you leave the house, to avoid wasting energy. ● Security: Make sure the front door and windows are properly locked whenever you go out. 5.
