It is only shared with the parties strictly necessary to run the property: Smoobu GmbH: The booking management platform (channel manager) that hosts this website and securely processes booking data. Tax and Customs Authority (AT): For the purpose of issuing invoice-receipts for stays. Police Authorities (SIBA/GNR): As required under Portuguese law for the registration of non-resident guests.

4. Data Retention Period Personal data relating to invoicing and legal obligations will be kept for the period required under current Portuguese law (generally 10 years for tax documents). Other contact data is kept only for as long as needed to complete the stay and manage the booking.
